 Spiritual home cleansing "Smudging", is important for many reasons. The first being , it purifies your body, mind, soul, and  sacred space of negative energies. We, along with our homes, need to be regularly cleansed for this main reason. We absorb other people's energy, both in physical or spiritual form. In addition to getting rid of negative energies, spiritual cleansing also purifies one’s aura and space of any negative spirits that may be hanging around. 

 A simple home blessing or house cleansing ceremony is also helpful when new things happen in your life, such as moving into a new home, or having a new job, new relationship, new home, newborn baby, lifestyle change, or at the beginning of a new year etc. 

 Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady, and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person, including body, emotions, mind and spirit. This creates many beneficial effects that include, relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.

In this exercise we incorporate Breathe work with EFT TAPPING- "EMOTIONAL AND SPIRTUAL HEALING", by teaching clients different ways to slow their breathing, which in turn calms the mind and relaxes the body. Tapping is another form of holistic healing, in which we teach clients to apply a little pressure in certain meridians to remove and calm energy.  This session is one hour. This is the practice of helping those that have passed, but  for some reason,  are too stuck  to move on. We remove old energy, blocks and attachments from some in physical form that may have come into connection with them. By doing this they get the closure that they need by removing guilt, sadness and their sense of loss. After all, they are energy just as we are. It doesn't die. It just passes and grows.  This session is one hour. Price invested in you and Spirit is $90

Technique used to access the subconscious mind and relax the inner self, through breathing and coming in to practice of heightened awareness and focused attention. This session is one of our shorter offerings. It consists of a 30-minute melt down of consciousness and just being, through sound and calming voice .This session is one hour. Oracle 'wise and insightful counsel' readings are a intuitive  powerful practice that goes back many years.  They are tools that are used for self-reflection. We look into ones life and ask questions of their higher self  to help in guidance with different things such as career, relationships and future endeavors. They are  similar to Tarot (the Rider- Waite - Smith  deck 'The Magician'), except there are not as many rules and there can be as many cards as the creator would like. These bring a more personal approach in connection with the reader and their guides and angels. This session is one hour. Price for this service is $30

Helping couples connect and deepen their relationship. This session includes exploring family trauma, family origin issues and attachment issues. This helps to move beyond the brandings that are placed upon us, by understanding family lineage and how it affects relationships.

We focus on deepening the conversation with body awareness and diving into interpretation of ones needs and what is missing or can be added on said relationship.  

This process helps you find the tools to have a healthy and loving relationship.

This involves taking the client  into a meditative state with tribal drum and sound. I help one travel within oneself for the purpose of consultation and therapy. This is honestly where it started. a mix of sound, crystal, meditation, breathe and reiki to help with healing. It is a 90 minute session of pure relaxation and calming work within the energies.
